Antonia supported the implementation of a new pay structure for a workforce of approximately 250 directly employed staff. Antonia worked with the internal HR team in the development of an outline structure, including identification of job role factors to cover a wide range of clinical and support roles and tested these out with our managers.
We have since worked with Antonia on further development of this work and she is now supporting the organisation with the implementation of a competency framework to sit alongside the pay structure.
